Small Group Fitness
Small Group Fitness is your ticket to experiencing fitness in a fun way! All classes are suitable for beginners to advanced exercisers, with modifications given at all levels so you can challenge yourself. Our classes are a slower pace, focusing on form and avoiding injury. We help you rehab old injuries, increase your range of motion, improve your flexibility, and get you toned in record time. Because our groups are small, you get more personalized attention and build relationships that help you feel confident about pushing yourself harder than you thought possible.
Whether you are interested in losing weight or building muscle, small group fitness classes are sure to scorch calories in a way you've never experienced!
Work out with an experienced trainer who keeps your heart pumping to great music. We provide towel service as you'll need it from being drenched!
At Rage Fitness, we love building healthy communities. You can meet some like-minded people at our small group sessions for added camaraderie and laughter!
Class Descriptions
All small group personal training is by reservation only. We do not allow walk-ins because we cap our class sizes to ensure a quality experience for participants.
Small Group Training ranges from $30-$45/session depending on the type of membership you select. For more information, please contact us.

Special Intro Offer:
$75 + gst, get 3 sessions over 7 days
$297 + gst for your first 4 weeks, 2x a week small group training + 1x week 30 minute accountability session (food journal reviews, mindset, InBody scan if required)
Small Group Training Weekly Membership
Regular Membership:
$99.75 + gst for 3 sessions per week
$75 + gst for 2 sessions per week
$45 + gst for 1 session per week
Please note: there is a $99 early cancellation fee with weekly memberships which have a minimum 12 week commitment. If you cannot commit to 12 weeks, consider the options below instead. Monthly InBody scans are included in our small group training memberships to help you monitor your progress with greater accuracy than a bathroom scale.
Non-membership options
Short-term Commitment: $144 + gst for 3 sessions per week (6 week term)
No term: $50 + gst per session (reservation is required)
InBody Scans: $35 + gst

Join us for Small Group Personal Training 3x a week to get the best results from personal training at an affordable price. Class sizes are limited to under 5 people to ensure that the coach gives each participant ample personalized attention, providing modifications and corrections to form. Sometimes you're the only participant and get a wicked workout 1:1!
Workouts may incorporate free weights, kettlebells, bodyweight, cable machines, strength machines, barbells, resistance bands, battle ropes, sleds, squat racks, medicine balls, or plyo boxes.
This is not a boot camp. Our programming is a personal training style which emphasizes good form and strength development in a slower paced way. You will sweat due to the cardio effect of lifting heavy weights and doing the volume required for stimulating muscle growth.
Get fit fast, build muscle, lose fat, and have fun with challenging workouts day after day! Many of our small group clients have trained with us for years.
Classes are 60 minutes and a maximum of 5 people.
Afternoons:
Monday to Friday Small Group Personal Training 12pm
Evenings:
Monday/Wednesday/Friday Small Group Personal Training 6:00pm
Please note that the gym is closed on holiday Mondays and other stat holidays that don't always fall on a Monday (Remembrance Day, Heritage Day, Good Friday, Christmas Day, Boxing Day, New Years, etc). If that happens, the session can be substituted for any of our other available time slots, however we will opt to schedule you for the closest available slot to your original session.
