A membership with Rage Fitness is an investment in your health and your well-being. Our mission is to help you live your best life whether that is through creating healthy habits, eating right, or training with us. The returns on your investment are invaluable: weight loss, increased fitness, better overall health, and mental well-being.
We are a boutique studio specializing in 1:1 or small group personal training.
Due to demand, we are now offering gym memberships based on Peak and Non-Peak hours. Gym memberships are not required to purchase personal training.
Our weekly memberships include personal training sessions, towel service, 1x a month InBody scan, accountability, pausing memberships without penalty after your initial 12 weeks (for up to 4 weeks a year), loyalty rewards, and nutrition guidance.
Please note: gym memberships are not eligible for loyalty rewards.
Discounts
Don't want to pay full price?
We offer bulk discounts for people who purchase 3, 6 and 12 month memberships up-front. You may bring a friend to try any session for free one time. After the first time, if your friend purchases a membership, you will earn a free personal training session as a thank you for the referral.
We offer corporate discounts to members when at least 4 people from the same organization purchase memberships. Please fill out the contact form to inquire about rates or customized programming for your team.
As advocates of post-secondary and continuing education, we offer 10% off student discounts with a valid ID from any institution. You must prove you are a full-time student taking at least 3 classes per semester with your registered timetable as of the current date.

Weekly Memberships
We offer weekly and bi-weekly pricing similar to a "pay as you go" model. This way you aren't having to spend thousands of dollars up front for personal training (though packages are still available to purchase for those of you who travel a lot).
Please note, prices below do not include GST and it will be added upon purchase.
Gym Memberships
Limited Hours: 9am to 5pm Monday - Friday (excluding 12pm to 1pm), Saturdays are by appointment only, and we are closed Sundays/Holidays.
$40/bi-weekly
Onboarding: First-time members will go through an orientation. Inbody scans are available at $35/scan.
If a nutrition consultation is required, there is an additional fee of $99 + GST unless you register for a personal training subscription.
It is recommended that members purchase at least 1 personal training session a month to refresh their routine and periodize their workouts to get maximum results. Personal trainers are trained to help you reach your goals. If you are finding you are stuck, shaking up your routine is the best way to bust through a plateau. Training with a partner will add extra accountability to keep you focused.
Please note: gym use only memberships are not eligible for loyalty rewards.
Personal Training
Varies depending on number of sessions per week, whether it is one on one, partner or small group. Packages are available for people who travel and cannot commit to weekly subscriptions due to inconsistent schedules.
1-on-1 PT: ranges between $75 to $100/session
Small Group PT: ranges between $30 - $45/session
Please book a consultation to speak with your coach about which option suits you best. Pricing varies by type of training and number of sessions. The more you buy the more you save! All memberships at Rage Fitness have a 12 week minimum commitment. If you cannot commit, please purchase a package. There is a $99 early cancellation fee for any weekly memberships that are abruptly cancelled, no exceptions.
You need at least 12 weeks to see body composition changes, build consistency, and habit formation. For some people who have slower metabolisms, it can take 6-12 weeks before the scale even starts to move. Stopping a program prior to this is not beneficial to you or us.
We offer food journal reviews, InBody scans and photos/measurements to monitor your progress over time. This is all included in your membership.

Nutrition Coaching
We want our clients to be successful in their wellness journeys and have built nutrition sessions as part of our offering. If you are seeking a personalized approach and require guidance for your unique needs, we have the following services.
Intro to Nutrition: $99
Included:
- 1 Intake session (30-60 minutes)
- 1 follow up appointment to understand nutrition guides developed specifically for you after the Intake session (30 minutes)
- Grocery list
- 1 week of meal plan according to macro/micronutrients and dietary preferences
- InBody scan
Meal Planning: $99
Included:
- 7 days of breakfast, lunch, and dinner and two snacks according to your dietary needs and preferences
- Grocery List
- Recipes
NOTE: Can only be purchased after completing the Intro to Nutrition session.
Accountability Membership: $50/bi-weekly or $75/every 4 weeks
Included:
- Bi-weekly or monthly accountability sessions to review food journals, addressing concerns and tweaking as necessary, planning for social events or vacations
- Will work with your personal trainer to ensure nutrition is aligned to your goals
- In-person or virtual
- 30 to 60 minutes depending on bi-weekly or monthly cadence
- Meal planning is NOT included
Learn about basic concepts in nutrition from the importance of macronutrients and micronutrients in healthy eating. Based on your preferences, we will develop a food guide that is customized for you. You will learn how to plate your meals, understand portion sizes, and how to eat intuitively to reach your goals.
Meal planning is available at an additional cost, includes 7 days of meals, grocery lists and recipes.
Accountability sessions can help you stay on track and motivated over the long-term. Our recommendation is to do bi-weekly sessions in the beginning to learn how to eat intuitively, but you can adjust the sessions down to monthly if you don't need them every 2 weeks.
We do not follow fad diets and only base our guidelines on evidence-based science and whole food nutrition. We do not restrict any foods unless advised by your medical professional. Our programming is based on flexible eating (IIFYM) where all foods are included. We teach you how to eat certain foods in moderation to reach your goals in a sustainable way. Nutrition is an individualized experience and what works for one person may not work for you.
If you are dealing with complex medical issues, our recommendation would be to seek out the services of a registered dietician who may be better suited to advise on your circumstances. We are not medical professionals and our guidance is strictly designed for regular individuals who wish to improve their health and wellness as part of a holistic strategy. We reserve the right to decline services if we are not at the level required for a highly complex situation.
Disclaimer: Supplements may enhance your results and we've seen them work in clients who use them. That being said, any supplements we recommend should be considered against your current medications and health situation. Please consult a doctor or pharmacist prior to purchasing anything so there are no interactions that could be detrimental to your health. Rage Fitness does not sell supplements and they are not required as part of any meal plan. You will get results with or without supplements.

Drop-in Use
Drop-in Use is available Monday to Friday (except holidays) 9am to 5pm. Rage Fitness Personal Training Studio is NOT an open gym.
We offer drop-ins on a limited basis to offer a private and less busy environment for people who are just passing through.
Disclaimer: Please call or text us prior to coming as we allow drop-ins when we have clients training in the gym. If there are no PT clients at the time you are interested in, the gym may not be open.
Gym Use: $18

Small Group Personal Training: $50 (reservation required). Check schedule.
InBody scan for non-members: $35
Intro offers
Personal Training 4 sessions: $360 (must be used within 30 days to receive a credit towards a larger PT package)
Small Group Personal Training 3 sessions: $75 (must be used within 7 days)
Small Group Personal Training: $297 (2x a week personal training and 1x a week accountability for 4 weeks)

Volunteering
As we seek to give back to the community in some way, if you are interested in volunteering for light "desk" duties to discount your gym membership, please fill out the contact form. You must demonstrate that you are in financial difficulty either with a notice of employment termination, full-time student status, or newcomer landing papers. If you become fully employed, please allow others the opportunity to volunteer and give us notice.
Volunteers must be available 4 hours each week. 4 hours = max $20 credit per week for a gym membership (volunteer credits are not eligible for personal training). Volunteers are welcome to bring laptops and study at the front desk when it is not busy. We want this to be a win-win for both us and our volunteer candidates.
Light desk duties may include:
- greeting clients
- posting stories of your workout to Instagram and Facebook under your personal account and tagging Rage Fitness
- handing out brochures or business cards to walk-ins
- reminding people to not walk into the gym with wet or muddy shoes
- cleaning up water spills around the cooler
- moping up footprints on the black matted floor
- wiping machines after use, wiping handprints from glass or mirrored surfaces
- ensuring children do not play on gym equipment as they wait for their parents to finish working out
- directing questions to the appropriate employee of Rage Fitness
- handing key cards to people who need the showers and collecting them after
Volunteer shifts could be anywhere from 6am - 8pm Monday to Thursday, 6am to 5pm Friday. We are open Saturdays by appointment only between 8am to 12pm. We are closed on Sundays and holidays.
A no-show for a shift will result in you no longer being eligible for the volunteer program.

Terms and Conditions
- All personal training is non-refundable.
- Pricing excludes GST.
- Paid-in-Full memberships are final sale. Members may receive a credit for unused services or transfer to another party.
- Once a nutrition plan is given to a customer, any refund requests will be assessed a $99 fee for the nutrition service. If no plan has been given out, a full refund is possible within 48 hours.
- Weekly Memberships may be paused with 7 days notice for up to 4 weeks. Please call or text 825-945-7733 to confirm dates for pausing.
- Memberships can be paused for a maximum of 4 weeks a year.
- If a client has exceeded their paused weeks, the value spent on a subscription can be changed to a PT package instead and the client can pay the difference remaining.
- When changing from weekly memberships to a PT package, we will credit you the balance remaining of unused sessions and discount your PT package.
- Unused personal training package sessions in a PT package will be forfeit after 12 months.
- Weekly subscriptions require a minimum commitment of 12 weeks. Early cancellation will result in a $99 penalty charge.
- Membership cancellations require 7 days notice before a renewal date.
- Cancellations that do not provide 7 days notice will be charged a 3% processing fee if a refund is requested.
- All sessions in a subscription must be used within 30 days of cancellation or be forfeit.
- Personal training sessions require 24 hours notice for rescheduling or a session will be used to cover the trainer's time for late notice. Same day cancellations cannot be rescheduled. Please call or text 825-945-7733.
- Lack of adherence to 6 week challenge or 6 month VIP transformation program requirements will void the risk-free guarantee. Challengers must commit to 3x a week personal training, following nutrition guidelines, and checking in with a coach weekly.
- Members are responsible for keeping a track of how many sessions they have paid for. If a member schedules extra sessions, payment for those sessions will be at the same cost as current membership pricing and is due upon booking.
- Prices are subject to change without notice.
- In the case of a membership price increase, existing members will maintain grandfathered rates as long as they maintain the same subscription. Upgrades or downgrades will be charged the new rate.
