GLP-1 Fitness Program

Are you managing your weight with GLP-1 medications? You can lose anywhere from 25-48% of muscle mass as part of the process over 2 years if you do not maintain your weight training regimen. That means you could experience loose skin with rapid weight loss, more fatigue, loss in energy, and lower motivation.
4 weeks of semi-private fitness training in groups of up to 4, 2x a week for 60 minutes. Suitable for all fitness levels including people who've never stepped foot inside a gym. For best results, make sure you add in any other activity you enjoy at least twice a week (walking, jogging, dance, yoga, barre, sports, etc).
The program increases in intensity as weeks progress to make sure you keep seeing results as you get stronger. Move on to the maintenance phase once you reach your goal!
Our goal is to add 1-5% muscle mass back on monthly. We measure this on the InBody scan as part of the program to ensure you are seeing results month after month.
Continue with our affordable small group training weekly memberships. 1-on-1 personal training is also available for people who want more customized programming and accountability.
